Stacy leads BPM’s HR Consulting – Payroll, HR Technology and HR Data Analytics teams. She brings depth and breadth of knowledge to the team, having experience in large corporations, as well as small nonprofit organizations – developing and driving business strategy and leading diverse teams to successful outcomes.

Stacy has an extensive background in all areas of HR including payroll, systems, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training, however her passion lies around performance management and strategic alignment.

Stacy assists clients in the assessment of current workflows and technologies in use, identifying areas of risk or non-compliance and recommending changes based on industry best practices. She manages several technology and payroll vendor partnerships to offer discounts and elevated service models to BPM clients.

Stacy leads the initiative, BPM Link, a strategic performance tool that provides organizations and their employees an opportunity to align on strategic initiatives through a flexible and convenient web-based platform. BPM Link brings together a coaching framework, transparency, regular feedback and accountability, in a simple and appealing way. Through the use of the tool, businesses can become agile, collaborative, inclusive, values driven and develop a unique and sustainable culture.

Stacy lives in San Ramon with her husband Shaun and two children Mason and Emma. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with her family.
