Sara has over 15 years of HR Consulting experience and has successfully built several HR departments from scratch for emerging companies in the Bay Area. She uses her wealth of human resources experience to help clients through PEO transitions, HR system enhancements and more through her HR Consultant role.
In the past, Sara created a custom HR program for a client that included company, team and employee goals. She worked one-on-one with the CEO to ensure the company’s culture permeated all HR materials and trained management and employees in the process. Sara’s training typically includes teaching managers how to inspire employees using positive reinforcement.
For companies who need help with a culture change, Sara has experience implementing programs that uplift teams and lift morale. In one case, her program helped decrease a client’s employee turnover from 80% to 9%.
Sara has worked with companies of all sizes – from startups to Fortune 500 global conglomerates – in multiple capacities, including sole HR department member and HR advisor.

In addition to helping clients achieve HR greatness every day, Sara is also dedicated to training and mentoring other budding HR professionals in the Santa Clara area. She hosts a study group on weekends to help other HR professionals navigate the evolving state and federal employment laws.
Sara is a Bay Area native, foster mom and avid volunteer who raises funds for the March of Dimes and various SPCAs. She also ran her own nonprofit for a decade.
