Overview

Robert is a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) specialist with over 25 years of Human Resources and Information Technology experience focused on customer support. He works with BPM clients to setup their controls and setup all necessary functions to help them stay up-to-date on current HR regulations and requirements. He ensures clients have HR systems in place that are not only effective, but ones that continue to support their organization. Robert connects several systems, so they communicate seamlessly while supporting employees and the organization.

In the past, he’s helped setup a client’s compensation system and reporting processes for payroll and HR functions, all while ensuring compliance requirements were met.

Robert is also skilled at planning and mapping third-party connection with clients in HRIS systems.

He is known for taking clients’ existing processes and streamlining them in an effective manner. He goes into each task with the goal of creating a system that will save a client's budget in the long run and make work simpler for employees.  

Interesting Tidbit

Robert has rescued several dogs throughout his life. He loves travelling with his husband to off-the-beaten-path places around the world, as well as cooking, knitting and photography.
