Rebecca is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 20 years of experience serving small to mid-sized companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in HR generalist work, which enables her to support organizations on a wide array of HR priorities, including risk management, employee relations, organizational development, employment and labor law, benefits, policy development and implementation, talent acquisition, training, education and retention.
Rebecca engages in servant leadership when working with others and she enjoys leading with a collaborative spirit that is honest and open. This approach has helped her develop strong relationships of trust and integrity with her peers, direct reports and senior executives in the organizations she has served.
Recently, she helped a California-based client assess, develop and launch a HR department organization and helped another successfully identify and secure a new health insurance broker for more comprehensive benefit services. Rebecca has also helped a client identify and develop HR procedures around new hire and exit procedures to become more efficient.
She provides forward-thinking, creative HR solutions while employing a servant leadership approach in helping others.
