As Chief Administrative Officer, Leone brings over 40 years of administrative experience to her role at BPM.

Leone oversees the administrative team and tasks at BPM – from staffing, training, hiring and right-sizing – to ensure the back end of the Firm runs smoothly and the front-end Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Corporate Services teams have what they need to succeed.

She continues to innovate and elevate BPM’s administrative operations to function at high speed for modern-day business. Recently, Leone was instrumental in restructuring BPM’s tax administration team.

As BPM transformed into a remote-first workplace, Leone ensured our office spaces met the moving needs of colleagues and teams. She oversaw the relocation and remodel of BPM’s headquarters in San Francisco, the opening of BPM’s new Santa Rosa office, as well as the opening and expansion of BPM’s Sioux Falls Colleague Resource Center.

BPM’s communities are a huge part of the Firm’s Because People Matter mission, and Leone ensures they are seen and heard within our office locations. In Downtown Santa Rosa, Leone spearheaded a mural project outside BPM’s office to represent the culture, community and art within the office’s North Bay neighborhood.

As the state of the workplace is constantly changing, Leone’s forward-thinking mentality keeps BPM’s processes streamlined, so the administrative team can best service the growth of the Firm. She’s constantly collaborating with C-suite leaders to execute on a mission and vision that best serves BPM’s clients, colleagues and communities.
