Kimberlee is a Director in BPM’s Advisory Practice and has nearly 25 years of experience, most of which in industry after four years in public accounting. She is a high-achieving operator with extensive management success and broad corporate experience ranging from start-ups and high-growth firms to multinational markets. She has served as CFO, COO and global director roles for companies across life science (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, bio-tech and cosmeceuticals), high-tech and consumer companies, transforming and enabling record levels of growth through operational efficiencies and productivity gains. 

Kimberlee has deep expertise building high-performing organizations and teams in all areas, including: 

  • Turnarounds, fundraising, commercial product launches and life cycle management
  • Building financial and operational infrastructure through process and systems implementations
  • Executive leadership transition and entity integrations pre/post acquisition
  • Business growth through rapid assessment, technical expertise and collaboration

She has raised close to $200 million in funds through public/private equity, grants, licensing and venture/private equity. Her peers in management as well as bankers, private equity firms and venture capitalists, recognize her as a valued transaction partner.
