Kelly has over 25 years of Human Resources experience and specializes in helping startup companies develop HR procedures and policies.
Before BPM, Kelly served in variety of Human Resources roles, including HR Director, HR Manager and HR Generalist. She commonly served as the sole member of a startup’s HR department. Because of these roles, Kelly has extensive experience building HR departments from scratch and creating lasting infrastructures.
Today, she assists BPM clients by supporting policy development, compliance, benefits, compensation, employee relations, leave administration, payroll and systems implementations.
Kelly takes pride her in ability to develop strong relationships with employees at all levels of an organization to establish trust throughout the organization. She provides a high-level of service to meet the needs of the organization’s employees.
In the past, Kelly helped a fast-growing Consumer Business company build its HR infrastructure, establish a robust benefits program, implement compensation structure and performance management programs, as well as spearheaded employee engagement and management coaching.
She has also helped a software company successfully complete a PEO transition and establish a new benefits program and HR/payroll system and onboarding program.
Kelly also has experience helping wine clients manage payroll system implementations, manage leave of absence programs and implement onboarding processes.
