Kailas Patel is a Director in BPM’s Tax Practice. She has been sharing her expertise in public accounting with her clients for over a decade.

Using her background in audit services to a unique advantage, she advises clients on a wide range of accounting matters that touch on, but do not fall strictly within, the bounds of tax compliance. She provides corporate and partnership taxation services to businesses and organizations in the tech, manufacturing and real estate industries. She works extensively with small- and medium-size businesses from various industries on tax compliance and financial accounting services.

Her experience spans from tax planning to preparation for high-net-worth individuals. She enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure that they are compliant and on track with their personal and business-related tax matters. Her recent work includes providing tax compliance services to a technology company with locations in more than 15 states, as well as consulting on stock options and advising HNW individuals on tax planning.
