Jonathan T. Fayman is the Chief Financial Officer at BPM. His career spans over 30 years and includes accounting, financial analysis, and executive management positions at some of the nation's leading law firms and financial services companies.
Prior to joining BPM, Jonathan served as the Chief Financial Officer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he was responsible for all financial accounting, client accounting, and treasury management activities of the law firm.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Jonathan served as the Chief Financial Officer of RS Investment Management, LLC, where he lead the finance and accounting functions of the $20 billion asset management company serving institutional and individual investors. He was responsible for all finance, accounting, and treasury management functions for the investment advisor.
From 2010 to 2014, Jonathan was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at HighMark Capital Management, the $17.5 billion asset management subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo/Union Bank serving institutional and high net worth individual investors. In this role, he was responsible for the finance, accounting, operations, and technology functions.
Previously, from 2002 to 2010, Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer at W.R. Hambrecht + Co., where he led the finance and accounting functions of the parent company and operating subsidiaries, and also concurrently served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2010.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked in senior positions at Bank of America and Ernst & Young.
