Jesuscita Fishel

Jesuscita has over 15 years of Human Resources experience. Prior to joining BPM, she managed the HR function in several midsize companies in industries including retail and technology services. Her areas of expertise include compliance, benefits, payroll, HR system implementation and HR operations. As an HR Consultant, she leverages her experience to assist startups and emerging organizations build out their HR policies and procedures.

Her experience includes providing general HR support, managing HR departments for small to midsize companies and implementing various HR projects and programs.

Jesuscita specializes in multitasking to save clients time while focusing on the organization’s HR needs and goals. She approaches all projects with a positive attitude, which leads to positive outcomes.

In the past, she has supported a burgeoning logistics startup, where she established the workflow and process design of HR function and implemented the HR technology and payroll software. Jesuscita served as the head of HR for an extended period of time and supported the company through an international merger.

She also helped a client by coordinating immigration support between legal counsel, employer and employees for a fast-moving Silicon Valley startup.

Her experience as an HR Consultant has allowed her to focus on the client relationships in order to understand their unique needs and evaluate the most effective way to support their organization.
