600 California Street, Suite 600
San Francisco, CA 94108

Jasmine has over six years of public accounting experience and is a Manager in BPM’s San Francisco office. She started her accounting career as an auditor, where she developed strong GAAP and analytical skills. Over the past 2 1/2 years, Jasmine has used that knowledge to help businesses with any and all of their accounting needs. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and works with business owners to grow their businesses to their peak value through BPM’s the Value Acceleration Program.

Recently, one of her clients came to her concerned about decreases in revenue and did not feel they had the visibility they needed to properly review the change. So Jasmine created a revenue per customer schedule for them that highlighted the revenue earned per customer per online payment platforms. The schedule is now prepared monthly and reviewed by the executive team, to help with strategic decisions going forward about what markets to pursue.

She also recently helped a client reconcile their Accounts Receivable against their customer schedules, finding them an additional $300,000 that they were owed.

Jasmine prides herself in taking a thoughtful and holistic approach to her work. She doesn’t just fix problems, but looks to eliminate the cause of those problems to help clients avoid future issues.

Jasmine Menard-Lenczewski holds an active CPA license in California.
