Geralyne has more than 30 years of experience and had previously led the firm's Nonprofit Group. She continues to serve Of Counsel to the firm. Her experience includes audited financial statements and consultation on various nonprofit financial matters. Over the years she has provided our clients with a wealth of knowledge in areas of accounting, auditing, and nonprofit finance related matters. She has served in leadership positions at the board level for a number of organizations lending her expertise. Geralyne has also served on a number of committees for various organizations such as The Independent Sector and California Association of Nonprofits giving voice to nonprofit issues.. An accomplished speaker and trainer at various conferences and educational sessions, Geralyne has gained a reputation for providing practical solutions. She has also coordinated numerous conferences and previously served three years as chair of the AICPA Not for Profit Financial Executives Forum.
Geralyne was the first new partner admitted to BPM in 1991.
Recipient of the California Society of CPA's Woman to Watch Award, listed as one of the Bay Area's Most Influential Woman in Business by the San Francisco Business Times, and received the Distinguished Leadership Award from the National Association for Community Leadership.
