In addition to her many roles at BPM, Scharrell is a dynamic speaker outside of work and owns a women’s speaker series, Leadership in Heels, where she continues to support the professional growth of women. She is a sought-after speaker and passionate about mentoring leaders and underserviced youth to obtain upward mobility, personally and professionally. She supports BPM’s Inclusion Now! diversity initiative and is a member of the AICPA’s Women Inclusion Executive Committee (WIEC) and National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion (NCDI).
