07.30.20

Scharrell Jackson

Scharrell Jackson wears many hats – BPM Principal/COO, Founder, Speaker, Mentor… just to name a few.

As a prominent leader in Orange County and Southern California, the Orange County Register recently profiled Scharrell as part of its “Better Angel” series.

In the article, Scharrell discusses her Leadership in Heels speaker series, her career and her lifelong support and mentorship of girls and women, among other topics.

“So many women operate from a place of fear and as a result do things they don’t want to do because they say yes when they don’t want to say yes, or because they try to live up to others’ expectations versus their own,” Jackson told the Orange County Register reporter. “When we prioritize ourselves, we do not overextend ourselves, we have respect and regard for ourselves, and so, what we give is our best.”
