The FinTech sector is rapidly evolving, forcing start-ups to actively invest in cutting edge technology to meet modern demands. In an effort to encourage innovation, the federal government has put forth various approvals and tax credits of eligible spending for new and improved products and processes. As the Trump administration moves quickly to implement its initiatives during its first 100 days, start-ups will need to stay on top of corporate tax changes and its impact on small businesses and their owners.
Join us for an educational discussion as we break down the reform plans and unveil the advantages of the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credit for FinTech start-ups. During this program, we will discuss the favorable benefits of the updated regulations, the vast opportunities in this niche industry, and how to maximize the benefit of claiming the R&D tax credit.
Discussion topics to include:
- Summary of major tax reforms discussed by Trump administration
- Overview of the R&D tax credit
- Updated regulations and advantages for FinTech start-ups
