04.21.17

Vault 2018SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – BPM has ranked #1 in diversity in Vault’s Quality of Life category and #21 in 2018 Vault Accounting 50.

Vault conducts independent research by surveying thousands of verified employees in the accounting industry to create its Accounting 50 list. Accounting professionals are asked to rate their firms on factors that contribute to career satisfaction and quality of life. Vault uses a weighted formula based on prestige, quality of life, and compensation to determine rankings.

A verified BPM employee who participated in the survey says, The work is hard but the experience you gain and the people you meet and work with are worth it.”

Another BPM employee says, “This company has surpassed my expectations as an employee. I have grown tremendously and am very grateful to have been brought on.”

BPM recognizes that its success is attributed to talented individuals who come from 30 different countries and speak over 21 different language. BPM’s Women’s Initiative Now (WIN) program is dedicated to the growth and retention of women leaders. BPM only hires the best and brightest people across the globe, and is committed to their career aspirations and quality of life.

For the third year in a row, BPM has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the San Francisco Business Time and the only CPA firm included in the Top 10 Large Company category in 2015 and 2016. In December 2016, BPM earned Inavero’s “Best of Accounting Award,” an honor that less than one percent of all accounting firms in the U.S. and Canada earned for providing exemplary client service.

These recognitions are made possible by BPM’s strongly held value: Because People Matter.
