Each year we continue to recruit and foster new talent through our University Recruiting Program by searching for individuals who reflect our core values and yield a high level of academic achievement, leadership, and community involvement. Many of our top performers have come from Bay Area institutes of higher education, some of which are listed below. Our recruiting team participates in on campus interviewing, Meet the Firm events, socials, and career fairs. We hire some of our best talent straight out of college. Each year, our Staff Accountants continue to bring life and new ideas into the BPM family. So, how do you claim your branch on our family tree? We work with many colleges to recruit hard-working, sharp, dynamic students to fill our offices with the best talent. Professionalism is key to standing out among your peers. Asking questions during panels and being active during networking events while you are still in school is essential.

We understand the transition from academia to Corporate America is challenging, so rest assured that our Interns and new Staffs are not expected to know everything! We have a corporate university, BPMU, in place which provides the necessary tools to technically succeed. It is up to the individual to maintain a positive attitude, develop good communication skills and to strive to be a leader to be a well rounded professional.
