Rich is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in California and New York. He has over 20 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Rich works with his individual tax and personal financial planning clients on their financial planning, tax planning and tax return preparation. His experience includes minimizing federal and state tax liabilities, income tax projections and analyzing alternatives, identifying and researching complex tax issues, representing clients before the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board; comprehensive personal financial planning, retirement planning, cash flow planning and stock option planning. Current clients include high net worth individuals, corporate executives, venture capitalists, and retirees.

Interesting Tidbit
Rich worked and lived in Japan from 1995 to 2000; played Lacrosse in college; scuba dives in places like Micronesia for Wreck dives and the Great Barrier Reef and the Bahamas for Shark dives - and any other warm water diving he can find. Most importantly, he is a proud Dad of his two young boys.
