Shareholder in the Consulting practice

Heads up the accounting services practice group in the Palo Alto office. Primary focus is with early stage technology, life science, green and clean tech companies and nonprofit organizations. Clients are provided with a customized, comprehensive solution for their accounting, tax and consulting needs. She measures success when her clients have a strong system for reporting, managing and understanding the numbers behind their business and can focus their attention on the company’s vital development and core business activities. Has experience across a wide range of industries including professional services, distributors, manufacturers, real estate, construction and investment ventures. Experienced with financial reporting and general accounting issues as well as tax planning and reporting. Rebecca regularly serves in an advisory capacity to establish and start-up privately held enterprises. She has also managed the wind-down and liquidation in trust of public companies and has been responsible for systems analysis, succession planning, transition of accounting personnel, and budgeting and forecasting projects. Rebecca can assist with accounting and consulting services at every stage of an organization’s development.
