Rebecca provides clients with a customized, comprehensive solution for their accounting, tax and consulting needs. Her primary focus is with early stage technology, life science, green and clean tech companies and nonprofit organizations. She measures success when her clients have a strong system for reporting, managing and understanding the numbers behind their business and can focus their attention on the company’s vital development and core business activities. She has experience across a wide range of industries including professional services, distributors, manufacturers, real estate, construction, family groups and investment ventures. Rebecca is experienced with financial reporting and general accounting issues as well as tax planning and reporting. Her advisory work in the private sector includes operational and financial advice for rapid growth companies and extensive business consulting. She has managed the wind-down and liquidation in trust of public companies and has been responsible for systems analysis, succession planning, transition of accounting personnel, and budgeting and forecasting projects. Rebecca can assist with accounting and consulting services at every stage of an organization’s development.

Interesting Tidbit

Rebecca recently participated in the Vineman Aquabike event, - Iron distance for swimming 2.4 miles and riding 112 miles to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma society’s efforts to eradicate blood cancers. She is also passionate about the arts and music.
