Norm has 30 years of experience in public accounting, including 17 years as an audit partner with a Big four and a national accounting firm in the Bay Area. He specializes in providing services to companies in the high technology, manufacturing, and distribution industries.

Norm has 22 years of experience serving internet service companies, all industries in high technology (software, internet and semi-conductor), and manufacturing and distribution companies. He has been an audit partner for companies ranging in size from $2 million to $500 million in revenue/assets. Norm serves multiple mid to large worldwide audit engagements covering multiple countries.

Norm has extensive expertise in revenue recognition and equity transactions, SEC, financial reporting and disclosure, and mergers & acquisitions.
