Marc is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in California and Illinois. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting practice, including as a partner in a Big Four accounting firm. Marc has worked with business clients in arranging financing and raising capital, going public, cash budgeting, auditing, tax planning, writing business plans, negotiating transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, compensation planning, recruiting, and other matters. He works extensively with individual clients on tax planning as well as financial, retirement, and estate planning.

Since they became "empty nesters", Marc and his wife Kathy (also an accountant) have traveled extensively with the savings from their smaller "payroll". p.s. one of their two children is now a practicing CPA!
