Over 30 years of specializing in corporate and international tax. Experience includes consulting with companies that have ranged in size from start ups to medium sized high tech and life science companies. Considerable experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions. John heads the firm's FAS 109 and FIN 48 tax practice. John is on the Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Taxation at Golden Gate University, where he has taught Mergers and Acquisitions, Advanced Corporate Tax and Consolidated Tax Returns. Formerly a tax partner with Ernst & Young and the Director in a National Office Merger and Acquisition group at Deloitte & Touché. John is a CPA and attorney.
