Carol is the Managing Shareholder of BPM's North Bay Offices (Santa Rosa/Novato). She also heads the North Bay Assurance Services Practice.

Carol brings more than 20 years of professional experience, delivering services to a wide spectrum of companies, including nonprofit, financial services, hospitality, winery & vineyard, manufacturing, health care, government and real estate. Carol is recognized by her colleagues and clients for exceptional client service. An astute technical audit professional, Carol has advised clients through difficult accounting issues and several acquisitions. Prior to joining BPM Carol spent 18 years, seven as a partner, with KPMG in San Francisco and London. Her responsibilities included overseeing services to the fourth largest U.S. Bank.
