Brian has over ten years of experience in public accounting serving both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries. Brian began his career in the financial services department at Arthur Anderson where he spent time auditing broker dealers, venture capital and hedge funds, investment banks, as well as community banks. His financial services experience has continued at BPM working with broker dealers, investment banks, insurance companies, mortgage banks, venture capital funds, and other pooled investment vehicles. Brian has expertise in all aspects of revenue recognition, business combinations, SEC compliance and reporting, accounting for stock-based compensation, and accounting for equity and debt instruments.
