Coaching and Development

Put your future in BPM's hands and receive the experience and coaching you need to reach your full potential. BPM provides a coaching culture which will enable you to grow along a career path that is determined by your own hard work and opportunities including:

  • Take a leadership role in engagements
  • Be a catalyst for change with the Staff Advisory Committee
  • Expand your knowledge and be a part of an industry group
  • Share your insight in recruiting to form the perfect team
  • Shape the future of the company as a Career Coach

BPM has a number of programs in place to help you develop your career at BPM.

Cruise Directors
New employees are partnered with more seasoned colleagues for guidance during the first six months of employment. These cruise directors help ease the transition into BPM, ensuring that our newest members don't feel like employees, but family.

Career Coach Program
From the moment you walk in the door at BPM, you are matched with someone who will be your partner in ensuring that your are given the training, experience and opportunities to reach your full potential. The Career Coach Program's goal is to develop YOU. Your Career Coach will be instrumental in helping you determine your career direction, identifying goals, and establishing a plan to meet those goals. Your career coach will be your sounding board. You can turn to this person for a variety of issues including advice on weighing your next client case, changing offices or looking into the future. Your career coach will help you gain a clear sense of what is expected of you, how you are doing and how you play a role in the overall business goals of the firm. The Career Coach Program has the answers and resources you will need to keep your career moving forward with one thing in mind…YOU!

Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program is one of the many elements of BPM's initiative to nurture the future of the firm and its employees. Unlike the Career Coach program which is both a formal process and mandatory, the Mentor Program is informal and optional.
